Required DWC 16 Hour Report Writing Course
This online course approved by the DWC Medical Unit until 2/6/27 and satisfies
16 hours of the report writing
course requirement for appointment as a California QME. The 16 hour requirement is met by completing a 10 hour distance learning/online
course and a 6 hour live/Zoom course.

1) Course
Description:
Narrated online video presentation encompassing the required
elements of the report writing course as set forth by the DWC. This course must
be completed prior to
appointment as a QME.
This 10 hour online course component consists of four (4) Sections. In accordance with DWC
Regulations, all registrants must also complete the 6 hour live/zoom course and submit a sample narrative medical
legal report prior to receiving the 16 hour certificate of completion.

is approved by the DWC Medical Unit for appointment as a California QME.

Writing Course before or after sitting the QME Physician Examination.
At registration you will receive an immediate course log in to begin the 10 hour
course.
