The Primary Screen
This screen clearly displays patient and Case information. The Task Pane to the left launches the various forms and tools needed to complete the QME report, forms and billing. 

Medical Legal Billing Statement
The medical legal billing statement is produced, detailing the level of service and time spent on the various components of the QME/AME evaluation and report.




Billing and Service Screen
Billing information, proof of service and billing follow-up forms are completed here. Note the inclusion of Late Payment and WCAB petition for payment forms.

 

Attach Files to Patient Record
You may save .pdf files or other PC files directly
 to a patients Calmedlegal record for
easy storage and retrieval.

Narrative Editor
The build in narrative editor allows for easy development of the narrative report, using the recommended DWC headings.


AMA Guides Tools
For most musculoskeletal conditions the software will help you perform the required calculations and prepare sample text, including page numbers, calculations and citations. You then copy and paste this text into your report and edit as needed.

 Note that we feel it is best that physicians manually  look up values on the AMA charts, as there are often subtleties involved when using the AMA Guides tables and Figures. We believe that no software should attempt to perform the important and critical duty of determining the impairment rating.
